Maintain operational transparency and audit-ready compliance by previewing outgoing email communication, organizing job expenses, reviewing finalized customer invoices, and checking automated electronic journal entries.

1. Previewing Outgoing Emails (/appointments/[id]/email-preview)

Before sending confirmation or billing emails to signers and business clients, verify the final output:

  • Review content β€” Inspect the subject line, CC list, recipient emails, and the formatted body of the email.
  • Edit or Send β€” Click Edit to go back to the composer, or click Send Email to deliver it using your configured Google connection.

2. Reviewing Appointment Expenses (/appointments/[id]/expenses)

Access a complete financial ledger of expenses recorded for a specific appointment:

  • Ledger visibility β€” View all logged parking fees, printing/shipping, witness payouts, or mileage entries.
  • Add new costs β€” Click the New icon in the header to create a new expense item.

3. Viewing Customer Invoices (/appointments/[id]/invoice)

Review the finalized customer-facing invoice for an appointment:

  • Line item breakdowns β€” View travel fees, notarial acts, and document package totals.
  • Payment status β€” Track whether the invoice is unpaid, paid, or voided.

4. Electronic Journal Summary (/appointments/[id]/journal)

Access the automated electronic journal associated with the appointment:

  • Signer entries β€” Check which signers have participated in the signing and are bound to the journal entry.
  • Record creation β€” Easily review the journal record built automatically during your active RON or mobile signing room sessions.

5. Journal Details Review (/appointments/[id]/journal-details)

Inspect the complete compliant metadata logged inside the electronic journal entry:

  • Compliance fields β€” View Hague Convention status, signature captures, thumbprint scans, and document type metadata.
  • Identification tracking β€” Review verified identity numbers and credentials recorded for the signer.
