Booking Form via NotaryCentral

Create a branded booking link, configure services, and let clients book and pay in one flow.

β€’

NotaryCentral includes a complete booking form system that lets you publish a client-facing booking link, define your availability, configure service pricing, and collect intake details before the appointment.

What the booking form includes

From the Manage booking form area, you can manage the full setup from one place:

  • Shareable booking link with one-click copy.
  • Domain settings for your hosted booking page URL.
  • Availability controls to define bookable times.
  • Services configuration for appointment types, duration, and location.
  • Delivery locations for where appointments can take place.
  • Additional charges for optional and scenario-based fees.
  • Online payment settings for upfront payment and processor selection.

This central setup allows you to configure both the back-office logic and the client-facing booking experience in one workflow.

Service setup and management

In External Services, you can create and maintain multiple appointment types (for example, a RON session or other service categories). Each service can include:

  • Service name and description.
  • Fee amount.
  • Duration and buffer time.
  • Delivery location type (such as online or signer-specified location).
  • RON designation when applicable.
  • Service-level add-ons via selectable additional charges.

You can also edit or remove services at any time, making it easy to keep your booking catalog current.

Delivery location flexibility

The booking form supports multiple location models so you can match your operational style:

  • Online appointments.
  • At a location specified by the signer.
  • Custom location options that you define and manage.

Custom locations can be added, edited, or deleted, while core location types remain available for consistent client intake.

Additional charges and add-ons

NotaryCentral lets you define charge items that can be attached to services and presented to clients as optional add-ons when appropriate.

Examples shown in the flow include:

  • Last-minute RON fee.
  • Interpreter-related fee.
  • Other configurable charges (such as scanbacks, additional signers, additional stamps, and witness-related charges).

Charge records can include fee details and service applicability. This helps you build transparent pricing rules while keeping quote calculations automated.

Online payment controls

The Online payment settings allow you to:

  • Require payment upfront at booking.
  • Select a default provider for payment links.
  • Configure connected providers (e.g., Stripe and Square) from one screen.

This gives you control over when payment is collected and which processor powers checkout.

Client booking experience (step-by-step)

The client-facing flow is organized as a clear multi-step appointment process:

  1. Service selection

    • Client chooses a service type.
    • Optional add-ons can be toggled on/off.
    • Real-time quote summary updates with base fee, selected add-ons, and total.
    • Estimated duration is displayed.
  2. Date & time selection

    • Calendar-based date picker.
    • Available time-slot list based on your configured availability.
    • Timezone visibility to reduce scheduling confusion.
  3. Details and intake

    • Signer details collection (name, email, phone).
    • Option to add additional signers.
    • Optional notes/message field for special instructions.
    • Document upload support for notarization files (e.g., PDF, DOCX, JPG, PNG).
  4. Confirmation / payment

    • Final scheduling action combines payment (if enabled) and appointment confirmation.

Why this matters for notary workflows

Using Booking Form via NotaryCentral helps standardize intake and reduce manual coordination:

  • Clients self-book from a single link.
  • Pricing is more consistent with service-level fees and add-ons.
  • Required intake data is captured before the appointment.
  • Payment collection can happen at booking instead of after service.
  • The quote and scheduling process stays transparent for clients.

If you are offering RON and related services, this setup gives you a scalable way to publish availability, collect documents, and streamline booking-to-payment in one place.
