Follow these steps to log a paper act and attach photocopies, scans, or photographs:
- Navigate to Add Paper Entry: Go directly to Add Paper Entry (or from your Journal Dashboard, click More in the top-right corner and select Add paper journal entries).
- Enter Act Metadata: Input the date, time, location, signer name, identification method, and document title of the notarized document.
- Attach Photocopies, Scans, or Photographs: Under the Physical Backups & Scans section, upload or attach photocopies, scans, or photographs of your previously notarized documents and physical paper log entries (including signature lines and thumbprints).
