Access all organizational, scheduling, security, and offline journal utilities. NotaryCentral coordinates dynamic calendar boards, direct imports, authentication gateways, and local-first e-Journals for offline signers.

1. Scheduling and Filters

Organize and parse your signing appointments:

  • Calendar Panel (/appointments/calendar) — Provides a visual calendar board displaying scheduled appointments, dates, hours, and status colors.
  • Search Filters (/appointments/filter) — Filters active or historical signings by category, payment status, document requirements, and date ranges.
  • Signing Imports (/appointments/import) — Integrates with third-party portals to import signing details, addresses, and participant records automatically.

2. Authentication & Mobile Onboarding

Manage account security and subscribe to NotaryCentral packages:

  • Password Recoveries (/auth/forgot-password) — Dispatches password recovery links to registered email addresses.
  • Login Portal (/auth/login) — Houses standard username/password inputs, Apple/Google sign-in buttons, and offline banners.
  • Mobile Pricing Plans (/auth/mobile-onboarding/pricing) — Guides mobile app users during onboarding to select pricing plans for Remote Online Notarization, business management, and compliance e-journals.

3. Offline Notary Journals

Record in-person notarizations without an active internet connection:

  • Offline Log (/auth/offline-journal) — Lists journal entries saved locally. Syncs data automatically when connection is restored.
  • Metadata Editor (/auth/offline-journal/[id]/edit) — Edits details such as dates, client names, transaction types, and signatures.
  • Document Attachments (/auth/offline-journal/[id]/docs) — Attaches digital copies or scans of notarized documents directly to the local offline entry.
  • Identification Logs (/auth/offline-journal/[id]/identification) — Documents signer identity details (e.g. driver's license numbers, expiration dates, issue states, witness names).
  • Payment Receipts (/auth/offline-journal/[id]/receipt) — Tally transaction fees and output offline client receipts.
