What counts as a subscription?

You have a subscription only if paid subscription billing has started on your account.

If subscription billing has not started, then your account is trial-only and there is no subscription to cancel.

How to cancel an active personal subscription

For personal subscriptions, email:

  2. A short request such as: "Please cancel my personal subscription."
