If you need to record signer ID numbers and do not see that field while creating entries, you can enable it from your journal personalization settings.
Turn on the ID number field
- Open Journal.
- Select More.
- Choose Personalize Journal.
- Click Show ID number field.
Use ID number capture in a journal entry
Start a new journal entry and the ID number section should now be available.
This is the same enablement flow used for other optional journal fields such as thumbprint scan and signature.
