Signature capture uses the same setup flow as thumbprint scanning. If the signature section is missing in your journal entry form, enable the Signature field in Personalize Journal.
Turn on the Signature field
- Open Journal.
- Select More.
- Choose Personalize Journal.
- Click Show Signature field.
Use signature capture in a journal entry
Create a new journal entry after saving your personalization settings. The signature section should now be visible.
If the field does not appear immediately, refresh the app and open a new journal entry.
