Track and update active state notary commissions, upload stamp/seal certificates, audit profile edits, and manage your default commission settings inside NotaryCentral.
1. Commission Directory (/search/commission)
Keep your state notary commissions organized:
- Active Commissions β View a summary of active commission numbers, counties, and expiration terms.
- Set Default Commission β To change your default commission, navigate to the Commission Directory directly. Alternatively, go to "Menu" > "View/edit commission profiles" and click "Make default" on the alternative commission profile you wish to make default.
2. Registering & Updating Commissions
Keep your credentials up to date:
- New Commission (/search/commission/new) β Register a new commission certificate, upload seals, and set active states.
- Update Commission (/search/commission/[id]/edit) β Correct bond numbers, renewal dates, or county mappings.
- Changelog History (/search/commission/[id]/changes) β Audit a complete history of profile edits.
- Archive Commissions (/search/commission/archive) β Safe storage for expired or historical commissions.
