“This notarial act involved the use of communication technology.”
When to use this form:

- In-Person Electronic Notarization (IPEN): Do not include this statement when the signer is physically present, even if using electronic documents and seals.
- Traditional Paper Notarization: Do not include this statement for standard in-person paper notarizations.
