How seat assignment works

Team Workspace billing is designed so admins can match access to each person's responsibilities. Seats are product-specific, so a workspace can include Business Suite seats, Digital e-Journal seats, or a mix of both.

  • A scheduling coordinator can receive a Business Suite seat for appointments, invoices, and business workflows.
  • A notary who only needs records can receive a Digital e-Journal seat.
  • A full-service team member can receive both Business Suite and Digital e-Journal seats.
