Yes—you can run RON appointments in NotaryCentral without charging your client directly. You have two setup options, and both are controlled in your settings.
Option 1: Do not charge the client (recommended if you want no signer payment flow)
If you are not looking to charge your client through the platform, keep your client-charge flow off and enable your Charge Card settings here:
When Charge Card is enabled, platform costs can be handled by your saved card instead of being collected from the signer at checkout.
Option 2: Charge the client through the platform
If you do want the client to pay through NotaryCentral, connect Stripe here:
With Stripe Connect active, client payments are collected through the platform, and the platform fee is deducted from the client payment amount before payout.
FAQ: Can I control what the client sees on the invoice?
Yes. You control invoice formatting and the client-facing breakdown (line items, descriptions, and totals) in your invoice settings and per-appointment invoice edit screens.
