Account Deletion Steps
To request account deletion, please email us at:

In your email, please include the following information:
- Your full name
- Your email address associated with the account
- Any additional information that can help us verify your identity
Data Deletion and Retention
After we verify an account deletion request, we review the account for records that can be removed and records that may need to be retained for a limited purpose.
Eligible data may include:
- Account profile details, preferences, and settings
- Customer and signer contact information
- Draft appointments, app usage history, and saved content that is not subject to a retention obligation
- Uploaded files that are no longer required for service, compliance, billing, dispute resolution, or security purposes
Some records may need to be retained where required for notarial recordkeeping, RON audit evidence, billing, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. This can include completed e-journal entries, notarization evidence, payment records, support records, and security logs.
When complete deletion is not legally or operationally appropriate, we limit retention to the required purpose and may de-identify or restrict access where feasible.
