If you host the embedded signing experience on your own domain (e.g. via an iframe), you can customize the top header bar so it displays your official business name instead of "NotaryCentral".

Why the header displays your business name
NotaryCentral's white-label embedded signing engine uses your account's Business name property as the primary title in the session header bar. By default, new accounts display "NotaryCentral" until your custom business name is configured.
Steps to change the header title
To update the header title so it displays your organization name:
- Open Settings: Log in to your NotaryCentral account and click Menu (or use the top search bar).
- Search for Business Name: Look up "Business name" or go directly to https://app.notarycentral.org/search/settings/profile.
- Update Business Name: In the Business name field, type your custom company, firm, or brand name.
- Save Changes: Save your updated profile settings.
Once saved, any embedded signing sessions opened on your domain will display your custom business name in the header bar inside the iframe.
