1. Customers Dashboard (/customers)

Keep track of all your active clients and contacts:

  • Client directory β€” View a searchable list of all clients, displaying names, email addresses, and phone numbers.
  • Transaction count β€” Quickly review the count of appointments and notarizations associated with each client.

2. Customer Detail & Profile Views (/customers/[customerId])

Drill down into specific client relationships and histories:

  • General contact details β€” Review addresses, phone numbers, and profile details.
  • Client Appointments (/customers/[customerId]/appts) β€” View the full log of scheduled, completed, and canceled signing appointments for this customer.
  • Appointment Filtering (/customers/[customerId]/appts-filters) β€” Filter the client's appointment list by status, date range, or fee amounts.
