Team Workspace Subscription Management

Create your workspace, adjust seat counts, and grant subscriptions to team members.

Use Team Workspace settings to control how many seats your organization has for Business Suite and Journal access, then assign those subscriptions to the right teammates.

1) Open Team Workspace Settings

After logging in, open:

If this is your first time, click Create my workspace to initialize your Team Workspace.

2) What You Can Manage in Team Settings

Inside Team Workspace, you can manage:

  • Member seat capacity
  • Business Suite seats (assigned, purchased, and available)
  • Journal seats (assigned, purchased, and available)
  • Manage journal subscriptions
  • Manage Business Suite subscriptions
  • Delete workspace

You can add or remove both Business Suite and Journal seats as your organization changes.

3) Assign Seats to Teammates

After configuring seats, invite teammates and assign access:

  • Invite users to your Team Workspace.
  • On each teammate, use Grant journal subscription when you need to provide journal access.
  • Repeat this process for Business Suite subscription assignments based on available seats.

4) Seat Capacity Tips

  • If assigned seats are equal to purchased seats, you have no available seats left to assign.
  • Increase purchased seats before inviting or assigning additional users.
  • Remove seats or unassign subscriptions when team membership changes.
