What happens when auto-send is enabled

When you enable auto-sending RON confirmation emails upon creating an appointment, NotaryCentral sends an email to each signer using the "Appointment confirmation (RON)" template. This ensures every signer receives the same clear instructions and timing details right away.

Customize the system default template

NotaryCentral includes a system default "Appointment confirmation (RON)" template. You can modify it any time by going to Menu > Email Templates and updating the copy, branding, or timing details to match your workflow.

Review email history per signer

From the Appointment Details page, select Email under a signer to view a complete history of all emails sent to that signer. This makes it easy to confirm what has already been delivered before you send a follow-up or make edits to the template.
