Connecting your NotaryCentral account with platforms including SigningOrder.com is a simple process that allows you to sync your orders and mark them as paid directly from the Chrome extension.

Getting Started

Here’s how to connect NotaryCentral with SigningOrder.com or other order platforms:

1. Download the Chrome Extension:

• First, you need to download the NotaryCentral Chrome extension from the Chrome Web Store.
• Make sure to pin it so you can access it easily

2. Log in to the Extension:

• Once the extension is installed, you need to log in. Here’s how:
  1. Get your Chrome Extension Key:
     • In the NotaryCentral app, open Menu and select Chrome Extension Key.
     • Click Copy to clipboard or reveal the key to enter it manually.
  2. Sign in to the extension:
     • For Email, enter your NotaryCentral account email.
     • For Chrome Extension Key, paste or type the key you copied from the app.

3. Sync Your Order from SigningOrder.com:

• From the main dashboard, find the table of orders and click on View Order to open the specific order you want to sync.
• With the order open, click on the NotaryCentral Chrome Extension icon in your browser and then click Sync order.
• After the order has been paid, you can update its status in NotaryCentral directly from the extension.
• Simply open the order in SigningOrder.com, open the Chrome extension, and click Mark as paid.

That's it! Your order details and payment status will be updated in NotaryCentral.
