Choose where the amount is applied

Customer selects creates an optional public booking add-on. Staff applies keeps a charge out of those add-ons and makes it available for manual invoice entry. Automatically uses the assigned rule: date and time rules update the booking quote, while cancellation and no-show rules are assessed after the applicable appointment event.

Manual percentage discounts are in Edit Invoice. A percentage Additional Charge adds a fee; entering 100% there does not create a courtesy discount.

The dollar amounts and discount rates in these examples are business choices. Save the charges, assign them to the applicable services, and check the public quote. Invoice adjustments do not collect payment or issue a refund.
